Care of your products
Gnosis Studios Latex coated products need regular maintenance with Maintenance Silicone which is 100% pure and acid free. The Silicone will keep the coating flexible and make the weapons last much longer. The Maintenance silicone protects the coating from drying out, and helps the weapon resist wear and tear. Spray the silicone directly onto the latex weapon.
Spray the silicone directly on to your latex weapon and work it on the entire surface. Avoid leather handles and other non-latex or varnish elements.
For leather goods we recommend that your waterproof them on a regular basis to protect them from the elements. Many leather softeners and waterproof products are available on the market and can be used. If in any doubt please feel to contact us on GnosisStudios@outlook.com
This website supplies some of its products from stock supply, the majority of items are made to order to individual customer specification. An estimated dispatch time of 6 weeks is advised, though we always try and beat this when possible. Custom orders may have a longer delivery time than normal, this will be advised at the point of ordering. Please feel free to contact us about any specific delivery requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event we cannot provide the product within the given time frame, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We pride ourselves on being as competitive as possible with our prices. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given if required.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption or in the case of Global Payments 256-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card processing partners. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS, but please do use card facilities on our site.
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our main payment gateway which uses 3D secure. Credit/debit card payments are taken at point of order on all sales. We also require the cardholder's full details including name, address and telephone number when accepting a credit/debit card payment. These must match the exact details registered with the card issuer. Incomplete or incorrect details will result in a delay in processing your order.
Direct bank transfer is also available as an option and all details are stored securely.
Cooling-off Period / Returns
If you are not happy with your goods, you have a 14 day cooling-off period in which to return the unwanted items. This begins the day after you receive your goods. The items must still be as new and returned to us at your cost (This can vary in cost depending on what you have ordered). You will receive a refund for the cost of the items returned, but not shipping costs or any other additional charges. This does not apply to custom or made-to-order (manufactured to order) items. This is in accordance with your statutory rights.
A refund can take an estimated 14 days to be processed. If you have requested a refund on an order, please allow this time scale to pass (after receiving the refund confirmation email) before contacting us to confirm the refunds status. Please note that refunds are not offered on custom made items, so please make sure that you provided us with all the correct details.
Every order placed with Gnosis Studios online is subject to a security check. These checks are carried out to protect both you and us against fraudulent transactions. Therefore all information entered by you must match the information held by the card issuer. Supplying incorrect or incomplete information will result in a delay in processing your order. If we are unable to confirm the identity of a customer we may carry out further security checks that may delay the processing of your order. As the supplier we reserve the right not to supply goods if we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion to a security check.
We may on occasion ask you to fax, post or email further proof of identity. We may on occasion ask the customer to supply their credit/debit card details to carry out a further security check.
Placing an Order
You can place an order with us via the website and via our facebook page.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods (Including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).
All online orders are confirmed as received through sending an auto-generated email. We reserve the right to decline your order. We will contact you by telephone or email regarding delivery, delays or security issues. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other loses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
By purchasing any product or item you are thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions.
All orders are dispatched via courier and are sent tracked and should be signed for. Once your order is dispatched we will email you to advise as well as to provide you with the tracking number. If you have any queries regarding the order after it has been dispatched, at first please contact the courier as the order is in their possession. We will consider the delivery process to be an important part of the service and as such send your order via couriers with a proven track history and a good reputation Please contact us on email@example.com if you require further information.
YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER IN PERSON FROM THE BUSINESS ADDRESS (AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE) OR FROM AN EVENT WE ARE ATTENDING. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WISH TO DO THIS.
All our products come with a 12 month warranty, if you discover a fault with your product please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
At the first instance you will need to return the item to us so that we can make an assessment of the product. If a fault is found, we will refund the return postage return cost.
If a fault is found we will repair or exchange your product at no additional charge and return the item to you.
If no fault is found we will return the item to you, you will be required to pay any returns postage.
In the event of a failure at an event, please seek second opinion from another weapons checker. We are all human after all and it has been known for people to be wrong. All of our latex weapons are designed to pass most of the UK's larger systems, however we know sometimes systems like to change things. If in doubt please contact us with your requirement for any custom builds.

Damage in Transit
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note of this on the couriers delivery consignment note and contact us immediately.
Shortages and In-Correct Goods
If you take delivery of the wrong product please note this on the couriers delivery consignment note and contact us immediately.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that what they are signing for is indeed being delivered. Shortages must be noted on the courier's delivery consignment note and you must contact us immediately.
Products delivered which are 'damaged' should be notified within 14 days from the delivery date. We will arrange the uplift of the goods. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault you will be offered either a replacement, a repair or full refund, providing the item is complete with all accessories and in its original box and packaging. If the product is not deemed faulty the goods will be returned to you. You will be liable for both the uplift and return carriage charge. This returns policy does not affect the buyer's statutory rights.
We do not provide an exchange policy on non-faulty and wrongly purchased goods. If an item is returned for either of these reasons we will return the item at the customers cost with no refund.
Manufactured to order
We do not provide a refund or return policy for any item that is manufactured to order (Custom made) For this reason, please ensure you provide all the correct details pertaining to the order. If you have a problem with a manufactured item please contact us on GnosisStudios@outlook.com
